Where is SRCC located?
Strathmore Research and Consultancy Centre(SRCC) is located at Strathmore University in Madaraka Estate, Nairobi. Our office is located on the 2nd floor of the Student Centre Building.
Which books does SRCC sell?
Strathmore Research and Consultancy Centre(SRCC) is the consultancy arm of Strathmore University. The company authors Certified Public Accountancy(CPA) study textbooks and revision kits. These books have been approved by the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board(KASNEB) for distribution in Kenya and beyond. SRCC also distributes law books which are authored and published by the Strathmore University Press(SUP). Besides Law books, SRCC is an authorized distributor of ACCA study and revision textbooks from BPP Learning Media in the UK.
Can I shop on the website without registering my account?
Yes, you can shop on the Strathmore Research and Consultancy Centre(SRCC) website as a registered user or as a guest. When you shop as a registered user, you don’t have to enter your details again when you come back next time. You may also choose to check out as a guest the website will forget your details once you check out. This means that you will key in your details afresh the next time you need to purchase from our website.
How long does it take to do delivery?
Orders made from the website will be delivered within 48 – 72 hours from the time of payment unless otherwise advised. Please note that the time of placing the order is different from the time of order payment.
Where are deliveries done?
Deliveries are done anywhere in Kenya by a number of courier service providers such as EMS, G4S, Fargo Courier and available shuttles.
In Nairobi, deliveries can be done via hailing a taxi, or motorbikes such as Uber, or Bolt among others.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We do not have a designated courier service provider, therefore, we advise clients to suggest a convenient courier service provider whom they shall pay after delivery is done.
Are the prices on the website the same as the prices at the shop?
Strathmore Research and Consultancy Centre(SRCC) has a one-price policy across all digital platforms such as our website, search engines and social media.
When a product is marked as available on the website, is it available in the shop?
Products on the website are available also in our shop.
Can I request an exchange if the wrong item is delivered or if I make a mistake while buying online?
Yes, you can exchange the item in case of the above two eventualities within 7 days. Kindly contact SRCC at +254 746 961 239 or email srccbusinessdevelopment@strathmore.edu and accompany the request with a receipt/proof of payment.
How do I make payment via MPESA?
- Go to the M-PESA menu on your phone.
- Go to Lipa na M-PESA, PayBill option.
- Enter SRCC Pay Bill number: 978900
- Enter Account Number(Your Surname-Your ID number)
- Enter the amount.
- Enter M-PESA pin
- SMS confirmation received on phone.
Can I send money to a mobile number to make the payment?
You cannot send money to a personal number if you want to make a purchase via the website. You are required to follow the correct procedure of buying online (as described here) and when you get to the payment page the website will display our Paybill Number (978900).
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
We do not support cash on delivery at the moment.
